The KievProp is designed to be installed on aircraft with engines that incorporate a gearbox or a belt drive reduction unit. This is to slow the rpm at the propeller and provide engine shock absorption.

 

GROUND ADJUSTABLE MODELS:

Maximum output power on the driving shaft for 3-blades propellers is up to 145 hp.
Maximum output power on the driving shaft for 4-blades propellers is up to 180 hp.
Maximum output power on the driving shaft for 5-, 6-blades propellers is up to 200 hp.

 

All blades come standard with brass leading edge protection to extend the life of the blades by reducing or eliminating the abrasive effects of soil particles and the corrosive and wear effects of water.

IN-FLIGHT ADJUSTABLE:

Constant Speed hydraulic or electric drive with a diameter of 1.65, 1.73, 1.82 and 1.92 m of the right direction of rotation and with a diameter of 1,73 and 1.82 m of the left direction of rotation.

The In-Flight Adjustable (IFA) propellers are of variable pitch with an electric drive and are intended for installation on aircraft with the Rotax 912 or 914 carbureted engines with a gearbox inclusive with the hollow output shaft and a gear ratio of either 2.43:1 or 2.273:1.

The electric drive is adapted for constant speed electronic regulators such as the FlyBox PR1-P.

The hydraulic version of the IFA prop is also designed to work with the Rotax 912 or 914 engines and is inclusive of all modifications equipped with a suitable hydraulic governor with a "pressure-to-large pitch" algorithm.

All IFA Propellers include:

- Electric (or hydraulic) drive assembly and its installation kit.

- Spacer (distance separator) of 15 mm (0.6"), 28 mm (1.1") or 45 mm (1.8")
